This custom 18/3 SJT power cord assembly features a molded NEMA 5-15P plug to a fully prepped ROJ end designed for fast, reliable installation in OEM equipment, machinery, and production environments. The harness includes an 8-inch ROJ with tailored conductor preparation:
Green conductor: Full 8-inch length, terminated with a #8 uninsulated ring terminal for secure grounding.
Black & White conductors: Professionally shortened to 5 inches, each fitted with a white block terminal for clean, consistent, ready-to-connect power and neutral leads.
The flexible SJT jacket provides durability and easy routing, making this assembly ideal for controlled wiring layouts, panel builds, and equipment requiring precise conductor lengths and mixed termination styles.
